Twin Falls Oil Service is looking for one experienced leader to take over our Winch Department operations. This is a key position in our company, and we are ready to hire the right candidate immediately.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise winch truck drivers and operators
• Coordinate daily dispatch and job scheduling
• Ensure safe and efficient job completion
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
• Oversee equipment condition and inspections
• Train and support drivers in the field
• Work with customers to coordinate job needs

What We're Looking For

• Oilfield experience required
• Winch truck experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• CDL Class A
• Knowledge of DOT and safety compliance
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
